I used a reference picture indeed. It's a screenshot from a skype conversation I had yesterday, and I think the depicted person wouldn't be too happy if I'd uploaded it ;)

I like it alot though it needs a neck. I believe you may not wanted to put one (?), or not; were you supposed to put a neck.
Although that problem there it is very good.

if you look very carefully you might see some neckish parts below the chin, but most of it is hidden away behind the hair, I think!
