Thanks! Maybe someone will make a game. :)
by cesarloose, 05 June 2012 21:37
... I hope.
by cesarloose, 05 June 2012 21:37
how about a html5 game? But we need more sprites
by pixelwiz, 06 June 2012 00:52
How many sprites? This is just a base. We can increase or add. We can do a big area!
This is just the beginning. we can place obstacles and difficulties ... and define what type of game that will be done.

Since you've drawn so many great cute animals already, how about a zoo or jungle theme? Tower defence style, with escaping zoo animals? But rather than killing them, re-capture them or save them from poachers?
by pixelwiz, 06 June 2012 04:23
nice idea, pixelwiz :)
by jmgandalf, 06 June 2012 15:24
I've started compiling a library of cesars piq and they would work nicely in a simple explore and fight monsters rpg style game (a la phantasie, if you know it --http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasie).
by pixelwiz, 06 June 2012 16:13
For tower defence, we'd need proper sprites of moving and dying enemies.
by pixelwiz, 06 June 2012 16:14
I like the idea, but the animals are for another game... (My project)
by cesarloose, 06 June 2012 20:17
I'll start drawing some monsters and obstacles. And heroes!

The (flash mx) source is here:http://silkword.com/upload/piquest.fla
by pixelwiz, 07 June 2012 05:29
Let me know if you beat it, it's hard... :)
by pixelwiz, 07 June 2012 08:19
Wow! Really great game! I liked very much!
by cesarloose, 07 June 2012 08:38
Thanks for testing it out folks. Feel free to improve it. I second a world map :)
by pixelwiz, 07 June 2012 08:58
I've finished a game for you, hope you like it:http://silkword.com/upload/piquest.swf
by pixelwiz, 07 June 2012 11:29
wow, great game you have here, pixelwiz ;)

A overword map would be amazing though ;)

I got to the scene with the "boulders" and then i got confronted by a dragon which got me frustrated and the I raped the attack button which killed me.
by wolfgirl456, 08 June 2012 19:41
But otherwise, great game! And cesar, what program did you use to put the paths together?
by wolfgirl456, 08 June 2012 19:44
I really liked the game too! (even having failed to reach the final)
The program I use to unite the paths is Photoshop. Have you used WG?
by cesarloose, 08 June 2012 21:29
So try a old version of Photoshop. Is not much different of a newer versions.
by cesarloose, 09 June 2012 00:18
Nope, but I want to :) I'll try to download it. I might not be able to since I have an old computer.
by wolfgirl456, 09 June 2012 05:16
Well, I couldn't even get to the Photoshop download, it says my computer can't handle the Adobe Assistant Downloader or whatever.
by wolfgirl456, 09 June 2012 11:12
All he did was put a cross in the middle of the page and gave it noise...
by BDR, 09 June 2012 13:11
Yeah BDR, didn't you read the title? :P
I have a Mac OS X, version 10.4.11
by wolfgirl456, 09 June 2012 14:14
WG, try the gimp instead. www.gimp.org/
by pixelwiz, 09 June 2012 15:39
Ah, i've tried gimp too!
by wolfgirl456, 09 June 2012 16:20
inkscape is also a nice app, and maybe a bit easier than gimp
by pixelwiz, 09 June 2012 18:02
Take a look on this link:

I started working with Photoshop version 3.0 (1994).
What is the configuration of your computer? I'll find a version that is best for you.
by cesarloose, 09 June 2012 18:23
See the links of description BDR...
