Hello piqers

Myself and Daniel have been quietly working away on some little things. "What little things?" I hear you think. Well, the following then:

1. Entirely new website - we are remaking the website from the ground up. Expect things to be faster, easier, and smoother. Also, expect a new and improved user interface.

2. Entirely new app - we are also remaking the drawing app from the ground up. Expect a faster, more reliable, more powerful app with a bunch of cool new features.

3. A selection of new achievements, many of them suggested by you.

Not so little after all it seems! We are currently deep in the development period, and we have found your suggestions and ideas in the forum and in feedback messages very helpful and encouraging. If you have any more ideas or suggestions, now would be a good time to let us know! - leave us a message in the comments below!

Animation would be killer, I myself am working on my animation skills. Pixel art makes it all the easier :)

A very useful tool would be to know which colour we are using. I sometimes want a gradient but it's difficult to find the last tone of a color I used.

Also, I think I found a bug. I use Google Chrome.

I was working on big pixels, then when I went to smaller I zoomed in. When I tried to move the picture it was glitched.

i want to be able to mix colors together in basic mode instead of hitting the randomize key on the color pad.

and for those snotty people who are gonna tell me just use advanced mode: no. i like basic mode.

in advanced mode it would be nice to have a more diverse color pad, sometimes i want to get neon colors when i use advanced, but i cant get them and i have to change my plans

The interface DOES need work, but I really like the ranking system, and I hope you don't loose the statistics for each user.

As for achievements, Ceaserloose has a lot of good ideas. I enjoy how you get ideas from the community and put them in.

Some times when ever I add a layer, and then undo, it removes the a layer, sometimes removing the layer I was working on, and re-doing only brings the layer back, not the pixels.

Also the zooming has some bugs.

Animation would be awesome.

I'd be happy if a warning window would go when I want to close or refresh the drawing section. It prevents losing work.

if you were in the middle of drawing and a failure happened (power outage, accedental close, etc.) it would automatically save you work as a WIP or collaboration. also, animation.

Animation is a BAD IDEA!! if you want animation just head on over to pivot or sketch star i mean really! piq is suposed to be pixel art and not some fancy snimation program!!!

oh and by the way when do plan on completing this and having up and ready?

We need emotes like an *insert emote* button, and a list of smileys we can 'piq' from.

A stand alone drawing editor would be nice or at least the one here could be upsized to a full window of its own instead of just a webpage as it is. You have the best editor but I find it restrictive in its mobility and freedom of use.

you should have an option to draw where its not pixelized!that would be awesome!also, you should just have a rainbow where you can just pick any spot and that is the color you have for then.and there should be an option to save certian colors but not ALL of them.
